Coaching Performance
This workshop assists those with supervisory responsibilities to develop skills necessary to coach employees to be productive and effective team members. It teaches participants how to identify performance problems and develop feedback styles that gain respect, understanding, and improvement. By participating in discussions and exercises, they will improve their skills in getting agreement, seeking solutions, following up, and giving recognition.
