Supervisory Training
One of our specialties is supervisory training. Surveys and exit interviews continue to show that the skills of the supervisor are a significant factor in employee satisfaction and retention.

We have developed two supervisory workshop series that can be offered on-site at your organization. In each series, participants are encouraged through personal introspection, team discussion, simulation practice, and related activities to look for practical and immediate application in their particular working environment.

In addition, we assign behavioral activities and techniques for participants to practice between workshops. Each module builds on the skills of the previous session, and participants are encouraged to discuss ideas and issues with their manager as well.
